Besan bread is a easy, tasty and quick snack recipe to made for family at home for the evening. This is recipe of bread and besan with different spices or it taste super yummy with ketchup or chilli sauce.
INGREDIENT
1 cup besan
4 bread
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp turmeric
1/4 tsp amchur
Ketchup
Dry fenugreek (kasuri methi)
Oil
INSTRUCTION
1. Take a bowl , add 1 cup of besan into the bowl.
2. Add salt to taste , 1/2 tsp red chilli powder , 1/4 turmeric and dry fenugreek into the besan.
3. Add 1/2 cup of water or little more/less and make it a medium consistency batter.
4. Now cut bread into 4 equal part or the shape you want.
5. Add oil to the pan and heat it until it becomes hot. Check the oil by putting a pinch of besan , if the besan is arise then your oil is ready for frying.
6. Now dip bread into the mixture of besan from both side and slightly put bread in the oil.
7. Now fry the bread from both side until it becomes crispy as a picture above.
8. Now do the same procedure with other bread. After that put the bread on the plate and sprinkle amchur on the top of that or if you don't have amchur , put a pinch of salt , red chilli on the bread.
9. Serve this with ketchup and enjoy it with tea.
