Rajma is also known as kidney beans. Rajma helps to regulate blood sugar and it is also healthy for heart. Rajma salad is a quick and easy recipe with low calories , you can enjoy it as a salad with meal or as a evening snack instead of oily snacks which are harmful for body .
INGREDIENT
1/2 cup rajma
1/2 cucumber
1 tomato
1/4 cup onion
1 green chilli
Salt to taste (rock salt)
1/4 tsp black peppper
1 lemon
INSTRUCTION
1. Soak the rajma overnight and boil it .
2. Now roughly chop the cucumber , tomato , onion ,and green chilli .
3. Add boiled rajma and all roughly chopped veggies into a bowl .
4. Add salt to taste , 1/4 tsp black pepper and 1 full lemon into the bowl .
5. Your rajma salad is ready to eat .
