Easy way to make Bhindi ki Sabji

Bhindi sabji is mostly cook in every house of the India. It is very tasty and everyone's favorite vegetable. Bhindi ki cooked in different style with different flavor. Today's recipe is quick and easy way to make it with minimum ingredients.

INGREDIENT

1/2 kg bhindi
1 cup onion
2 green chilli
 Salt to taste
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 turmeric (haldi)
2 tsp lemon juice
1/3 cup oil

INSTRUCTION

1. Wash the ladyfinger and then let me dry completely and cut in small pieces.
2. Take out the pan and place it on the gas stove on medium flame. 
3. Add 1/3 cup oil in the pan , add 1 cup chopped onion and 2 green chilli finely chopped.
4. Cook it for 2-3min until the onion become golden brown. Now add the bhindi in the pan and cook it for another 2min.
5. After the add salt to taste , 1/2 tsp red chilli powder ,  1/2 tsp turmeric.
6. Now add 2 tsp lemon juice for little sour taste and mix it well.
7. Now cover the pan with lid and cook the bhindi 4-5minutes on medium flame.
6. Your bhindi ki sabji is ready to serve. Enjoy it with phulka.
