Quick and easy snack recipe

It is easy and super yummy recipe for your cravings. It is made of poha not basic ingredients like potatoes or cheese. It is quick recipe to make for your hunger.

INGREDIENT

1 cup poha
1/4 cup onion
2 green chilli
1 tsp carom seed (ajwain)
Salt to taste
1/3 tsp red chilli powder
1/4 tsp turmeric
2 tsp yogurt
Ketchup
Oil

INSTRUCTION

1. Firstly in a bowl , add 1 cup poha and add a little water to it and make it wet and press it a little.
2. Now remove the excess water from it.
3. Add 1/4 cup chopped onion , Salt to taste , 1/3 tsp red chilli powder , 1/4 turmeric powder , 2 chopped Green chilli and 1 tsp carom seeds.
4. Mix it well , add 1 tsp yogurt for binding and make it as a dough.
5. Now put pan on gas stove and  put oil in the pan for frying and heat it for 5 min.
6. Now from poha dough , take a ball size portion or any shape you like , and put into the oil.
7. Fry the poha pakora from both side until it become crispy and do the same process with the left over dough.
8. Now take out the pakora in the bowl and sprinkle amchur , put 1 tsp yogurt and a little ketchup.
9. Your quick and easy appetizers are ready to have with the tea.
